The Centre has no control over (or responsibility with respect to) the nature, content and availability of such other websites (and the information contained therein). The following  terms set out the manner in which the Website collects, holds, uses, and / or discloses your personal information. Do note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to practices of third parties as the Centre does not have any control over such third parties.

(i)       The Centre collects personal information about persons who contact the Centre, and provide such information (name, contact no, email id etc) to the Centre through the “contact us” form. Further certain information may also be collected automatically when you visit the Website such as operating system, type of browser, IP address, other information collected through cookies etc. Subject to (ii) below, all the information so collected is only used by the Centre for the specific and limited purpose for which it was collected and to the extent necessary.

(ii)      The Website is hosted on Squarespace, a third party platform and such third party may on its own (and / or through other service providers), through use of cookies or otherwise, collect certain information when you visit the Website. This may include, without limitation, information related to operating system, type of browser, IP address, details of your browsing the Website etc. The practices followed by Squarespace / other third parties, with respect to how it collects, holds, uses, and / or discloses such information is beyond the Centre’s control and the Centre is not responsible or liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.

(iii)     Lastly, with respect to any third party websites, whose link(s) are available on the Website, the Centre is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices followed by such third party websites.

8.       These terms of use are governed by the laws of New Delhi, and any disputes with regard to such terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi and its subordinate courts.
